Looking for Apple II+ hardware and software

Hello everyone,
	I'm looking for disk drives, fans and software for an apple ][+.
I honestly couldn't tell you which rev the motherboard was, just that I 
bought it in Sept. 1981 (frightening huh?) and that it had 48Kb of RAM  
initially.  I have one floppy drive remaining and would like more software.
I live in Orange County, California, so the store/swap meet/users group        
be local to Southern Calif.  Thanks in advance!
