You can transfer the stuff to ProDOS disks with the "ProDOS User's Disk" 
that, I think, came with earlier system software.  I don't think this 
will do you much good though.  You programs will almost surely not run 
under ProDOS if they were written for DOS 3.3.  The main value of this 
technique is transfering DATA, not PROGRAMS.
