DOS 3.3 -> ProDOS ?

Hi! Could someone either post or point me in the direction of a program
that will read a DOS 3.3 disk and copy the files onto a ProDOS disk?  I
have a few games and utilities from when I was in Junior high and would
like to have them available without rebooting the computer.
