PD Games for //e?

Can someone tell me where I can find games for my //e? (Preferably Public
Domain, Shareware, Freeware stuff)  I used to have a few that were
'cracked by xxx' - I'm assuming these are pirated and hence illegal.  (I
don't have them any more because my drive decided to get hungry -
actually, it aquired a 'foreign' particle on its head and proceeded to
scratch a number of disks before I realized it was the drive that was
screwing me up).

However, seeing as how most companies that made these games (Mario Bros
(?), Hard Hat Mack, Peter Gunn (?), Night Flight, etc)  are no longer
making them or at least not proving there existance, would they be
considered shareware with no fee (like Hyperc for the //e)?

As, well, any one got any flight sims for the //e they would be willing to
part with, post to c.s.a2.bin,... ?
