Question & Suggestion

Question:

If Apple has dumped the Apple line, then who is going to be doing the
updates on the system software?

Suggestion:

Make the 3.5" disk drives work like the 5.25" disk drive with the
exception that when the window is closed on a 3.5" disk drive that
the disk ejects.  >>>OR<<<  Simply allow the user to press the
eject button themselves.  It's not really all that hard to do. :)

Thoughts:

I don't know about anyone else, but I really get tired of the 3.5"
drive sitting there going thump-thump-thump-thump in one second
intervals.  Not only is it distracting as all get out, but I'm
sure it is placing unnecessary wear and tear on the disk drive to
be doing that all the time.  Other than this, I'm enjoying System
6.0.1 quite a lot!  Most of the little "gotcha"'s from 6.0 have been
ferreted out and removed. :)
