You can ftp it from minnie.cs.adfa.oz.au. It's an implementation of the
concurrent operating system described in "OS design, the Xinu approach" 
by Douglas Comer (Prentice Hall). The author, Warren Toomey, had a clone
with a strange bank-switching scheme, so it will need to be modified to
run on a standard Apple II. Documentation is minimal and consists mainly
of GIFs of handwritten notes.
