Joe Schober's EBBS is certainly not free, and certainly not a version of
ProLine.  Someone's been feeding you some untruths.

As for "soon" and "one day you'll be able to" ... we've been hearing this
for a long time now -- at least a year or more.  If this can be done right,
I'm all for it, as it will strengthen to position of Apple II systems
on the Internet.  So let's see it happen!

(I have to shamelessly inform those who don't already know, but ProLine
systems have been exchanging Internet mail and news since 1985, before
we even called it the "Internet").
