Howdy! I'm trying to transfer word processor files from my copy of Appleworks 1.0 (I know it's old) to my Mac at work. I use Apple File Exchange to get it on my Mac and DeskZap to change the file type to TEXT. Any way I've tried, I get the document with a whole bunch of garbage characters throughout the good stuff.
