FOLLOWUP: MultiScribe disks?

Thanks to all of the people who responded to my MultiScribe question,
both privately and publicly!  It turns out that my sister decided to
get AppleWorks because that is what her son sees at his school.  I'll
pass along to her the recent advice you've given on AppleWorks GS,
the FAQ (nice job), and a list of the public domain word processors
and other software.

As for replacing MultiScribe, Quality Computers will upgrade it
to BeagleWrite for $20 and the original MultiScribe disk.

P.S. My last Apple was a ][+ which ran UCSD Pascal on 5.25" floppies.
