The program you are looking for is "Cross-Works" by SoftSpoken,
Inc. P.O. Box 18342, Raleigh, NC 27619 (919)870-5694. It is a
package which comes with software and the cables to connect the
Apple II to a PC. I recently used it to transfer all of my text
and data files from my old IIGS to the new 486DX33. It worked so
well, I left the two machines connected permanently. I can
even send graphic files between the two machines by first
converting to a common format (such as GIF or TIF). That means
all of my previous line drawing clip art for the IIGS is now
working on the PC.
