Maybe, maybe not. The problem is that Copy II+'s image files may use
a different internal organisation for the data.
I expect that the disk image files are stored in ProDOS block order,
but an Apple II emulator may expect the sectors of a 5.25" disk in
ascending sector order. ProDOS blocks do not map directly to sectors
(block 0 is sectors 0 and 2, block 1 is sectors 4 and 6, etc.)
If you are going to try this, I recommend Copy II+ 7.2 over version
7.4 - the former takes less passes to create a 5.25" disk image if you
have enough memory (I think it takes two passes, while 7.4 only does
three or four tracks per pass).
