Viewing pictures

	I have a couple of questions that I've been pondering lately, I hope
someone can help me with them (please forgive me if they are dumb questions!)

	1.  Is there a jpeg equvalent of IIGIF and where might I be able to
get it?

	2.  IIGIF includes a conversion for 'RLE' pictures, what kind of
picture files are those?  I don't think I've ever seen one before.
