To a GS, no. The RamFast is a SCSI-1 compliant card. Most SCSI-2
drives are also backward compatible with SCSI-1, so they will work on
a SCSI-1 interface. However, you won't get the 2-3 meg a second
transfer rates using SCSI-1.
I am running a Seagate 330 meg SCSI-2 drive on my GS right now.
