This list is propagated as a free service by Apple Computer, Inc.
The list address is info-apple@apple.com and mirrors the comp.sys.apple2
newsgroup. It does *not* cover the csa2.comm, csa2.gno, csa2.marketplace,
csa2.programmer nor csa2.usergroups. Just the main group.

Anything to do with the Apple II series of personal computers not
covered in one of the above subgroups. Discussion of the Macintosh
computer is *not* appropriate. Everyone is encouraged to participate.
> How many names/addresses are currently on the list?
Dunno... you might want to check the Usenet Readership Surveys
posted to news.lists to get an idea of the distribution of the
comp.sys.apple2.* newsgroups.
> How many messages are distributed in the typical day of the list?
40 to 100 is my guess, averaging around 50 or so in a 24-hour
period.

No idea. Seems to be about the same to me.

All FAQ's are available at rtfm.mit.edu in the appropriate
directory, or at io.org in /pub/apple2/Info/Usenet via anonymous FTP.

Several Apple employees participate in their spare time. There are
also many Apple II user group representatives reading this newsgroup.
> What are the requirements for participation in the list?
That you love your Apple II. ;-)

The newsgroup is comp.sys.apple2, the info-apple mailing list
mirrors this newsgroup. It is also carried on the ProLine BBS
conference network.

Read the FAQ.

Did I miss anything, folks?
