IWII Sheetfeeder

I recently purchased an ImageWriter II sheet feeder for use with my IIGS.

The IWII is platinum and the SF is White.  The main program I use is
AppleWorks with TimeOut: SuperFonts and I use A-4 sized paper (11.67inches,
PL is set as 11.7 in AW).

I am experiencing a problem where the first sheet "parks" where it should.
ie Top Margin of 0.0 - where a normal auto paper park leaves the paper.
However, when it finishes printing the first page, it feeds the second sheet
in with a TM of 1.0.  I know it is not the software doing this as I have
changed the TM & BM margins to 0.0.

The dip switches on the IM are set as CCOOOCOO CCOOCC where C = Closed and O
= Open.  I have also configured SuperFonts and AW NOT to accept top of page
commands.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to why this occurs and how it can be
fixed?
