This is true.

I wrote KeyNotifier -- I have no problems with KeyNotifier installed
in ProTERM (or I'd not have released it). However, I did find and fix
a problem in KeyNotifier v1.0 and v1.0.1 that caused a serious
slowdown problem -- this is fixed in version 1.1 which will be
released RSN.
You can solve this problem by simply pressing CTRL-RESET when you
first get into ProTERM -- that will disable both Twilight II and
KeyNotifier until you quit ProTERM.
And, if you had noticied that KeyNotifier was causing problems, I
would have appreciated getting a note to that effect -- I do want to
fix problems people have with my programs, but I can't do that if you
don't tell me about them!
>I hope this helps other people out!
And so do I. Keep an eye out for the new KeyNotifier!
