InCider -> QC

When InCider/A+ died earlier in the year, I thought subscribers were supposed
to receive a magazine, or something from Quality Computers.

I haven't received anything. I didn't even receive notification that
InCider had died.

I just want to know if anyone else who was a subscriber got anything,
especially if you are outside the USA.  As a subscriber in New Zealand,
I had to pay substantially more for my subscription and the money was for
nothing.  I am not impressed.
