No. What you _can_ do is: Write a short REZ file that includes Sys.Resources,
and puts in your stuff. That's the way I did it for the German rKTransTable
I use. The REZ file starts with "include 0:Sys.Resources no rMenu;" (0:
because I make a local copy before patching). This works because from 5.0
to 6.0.1, there always was only one rMenu, the one for chosing translations.
The rest consists of the new rMenu (which then has one entry more, German)
and the extra rKTransTable.
