Help! Apple IIc Don't Work

I would appreciae te if anyone can give me some information on a
IIAppple IIc which has broken down.  It is a  seems that the
drive will not startup, as if there is no power going there.  The power
light for the computer comes on, and thbut the green light for thie
disk does not.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!
