Apple IIe on AppleTalk

I'm in the process of picking up an Apple II Workstation Card to network my
Apple IIe with my IIgs and Imagewriter II, mostly just for the heck of it (if
anyone has an extra Quadra 950 lying around, I wouldn't mind having it for
a file server).  Unfortunately, the card includes no docs and no software.
Do I need any other software, or does ProDOS 8 include everything I need?
According to an old Apple Catalog (the latest one doesn't seem to have ANY
Apple II stuff), the card is supposed to come with "all the software you need"
to connect with a network.  Anyone have any experience with these beasties?
