I went to my local dealer's "garage sale" a few months ago and bought a
workstation card still shrinkwrapped in its box and also an IWII network card
to do this very thing. A week or so ago I got a cheap copy of Appleshare 3.0
as well. I love going out of business sales!! I plan to network my Q700, //e
and IIgses and IWII and set up a file server.

But back to the workstation card - Here's what's on the packing list from my
package:

1 Apple II Workstation Card
1 back panel adaptor box
1 spacer and clip assembly
1 disk: Appleshare //e workstation
2 manuals: Apple II Workstation Card User's Guide
Apple II System Utilities User's Guide
1 promotional package
1 warranty card

So mainly you need the card, the connector, and the disk (containing the
namer, chooser, and system utilities) and the manual would no doubt be useful.

You didn't mention if you had a network card for the printer - you'll need
one of course.
