It would be quite tedius to type all that in. Perhaps someone has it in
a file somewhere. (I probably do somewhere in the pile of DOS 3.3
disks. If I can find it, I'll upload it to the internet.)

They don't list Beneath Apple DOS or Bag of Tricks. All three of these
books are helpful in their own way, however, Beneath Apple ProDOS has
about everything your are asking.
