Well, my favorite is Chameleon.  It allows easy file transfers between CP/M,
DOS 3.3, Prodos, and Apple Pascal formatted disks.  This is a must have
because it allows you to download stuff to your apple on any format of disk
and then transfer the program to your cp/m disks.

This should be available on umich (and maybe a few other places, sorry I
don't have the full address)
