I'm not a Delphi user, but I know Delphi is a commercial info system, like
Compuserve. Delphi DOES have an Internet connection. For people who use
Delphi, they can use it to access the Internet. For people who use the
Internet, now if you really want, you can Telnet to Delphi and use your
account without paying for the phone charges. You do pay to log on but I
think Delphi is more reasonible that most services.
