I suspect the manufacturer or vendor would need to contact Joe and work out
an arrangement. Being a one man band, Joe is not able to contact every company
in the world and set these things up. Could you possibly ask the places that
deal in the devices you mention if they might be interested in participation?
That might be a big help for us all.
