floptical and noisetracker questions

Hiya,
	What is Prodos error 0045?  I get that when I tried to run NoiseTracker
from my floptical disk.  I used to be able to run Noisetracker from the
floptical (and generally use it under prodos 8).  However, for sometime now,
I'll have to boot into GS/OS before running any P8 programs if I wanted to use
the floptical.  And now, suddenly, Prodos 8 seems to be having trouble with it. 
Not a good sign... 8-(
	Anyways, just got my (2nd hand, but it works! ;-)) Transwarp GS today.  
How come if Appletalk/Irq is on, Noisetracker says my GS is at 2.4Mhz, but if
Appletalk/Irq is off, it's 6.0Mhz.  Any ideas?
	What kind of programs/utilites are capable of checking the speed of the
GS??  Thanx for any help.  Ciao.
