While we would want ftp to create one binscii segment, we would want an
email archive program to use multiple binscii segments, right?  Does Grind
current run a mail archiver?  I would rather see one run on grind than have
to send folk to the one at gatekeeper since the one at gatekeeper is only
going to do uuencode.
