jpg viewer for IIgs?

Is there a application for viewing jpg files on a IIgs? If not, is there
one for converting jpg to gif?
I can't use a shell-based program, unless it works with a freeware/shareware
shell like ECP-16. (I'd buy GNO, but I don't have a harddrive.)
