Hmm. I don't know what ROM version you saw, but 3.0j is pretty good, really.
The RF has good support for the more common devices out there, and it's
_fast_ Besides, it does not cost $180 as you stated, but $140.
Yes, the supervisory driver structure of the HS SCSI is superior. And no,
it doesn't matter. What the average user wants is stability and speed for
his HD, and that he gets, in abundance, with the RF. And I _love_ the
ability to do background backups on tape :)
