Give me a stable ORCA/C 2.0.2 and I'd tackle it :) As long as ORCA/C thinks
it knows when pre-incrementing is cooler than post-incrementing (or vice
versa) and that you really wanted to shift by n-1 bits than by n bits,
I'm not touching it. (Note: ORCA/C does of course not get it wrong
_all_ the time ... so what?)
