Looking for Binary image for Apple ][ super serial card

I have gotten the apl2-em2 emulator up and running, but am lacking the
binary rom image for the Apple super serial card for the emulator.
I have an old Apple ][ (original...no upper case), but getting the data
across from the Apple to my 386 is a bit complex.

Would someone be willing to send me a text'ized or execable (or whatever)
file containing the data for the serial card? I already got the main system
Rom images from the original version of the emulator (which included them).
