Help with fine print.

I was wondering if someone could help me with a little problem I've been
having (and I do mean little).   When printing to my DeskJet 500 with the 
Harmonie drivers, sometimes I get itty-bitty characters instead of the nice,
hefty ones I was expecting (as they were displayed on the screen).  Sometimes
it does this with the first page, sometimes with the second, and I really
would like to know why and/or how I can fix it.  I'm using the latest update
of Harmonie and have just over 4MB ram.
