Sounds like you forgot to add a printer driver! I get the same
error if I disable all my printer drivers (usually don't need them),
then try to run Platinum Paint 2.0. It needs information from the
driver to set up a new document. It's kind of dumb in a way... it
should use default values (like 640x400) if it can't find a driver.
