With the lcc-0.09.tar.Z, you not only have to uncompress it but you must use
tar (a unix utility) to extract the files.  Tar comes with GNO and is (or at
least was last time I checked) also availiable from pindarus.cs.uiuc.edu.

Sorry, can't help with the j_bob.demo.shk file.
