Hopefully if more than one person is involved there will be some continuity.
I've had my present job for 22 years now, and I don't think my chairman is
planning on replacing me.  I do hope to turn the archive over to volunteers
who will usually be students, but will hopefully stay for 2-3 years terms.

Grind is presently located in the main computer center with other
computers.  It has very restricted access.  I think the operators are very
careful with their sodas.  I think full tape backups are done weekly,
incremental backups more frequently.  ISCA will take care of this for us.
