Excellent points for discussion, Dan.  I would like to add 2) E):
  BSC files in e-mail size segments.

That is mostly what grind now has, and I want to know if the consenus is to
do away with e-mail-able files.  I would like to 'cat' them into single
BSC files, but I don't want to do it dictatorial-ly, just because "I" want
to.  Most comments to date seem to indicate small segments are excess garbage.
Am I reading that right?  Be semi-blunt, if need be.  As I predicted, no one
has spoken up to defend the smaller files.  Starting this week, cba2 files
will be appended into one file as they as saved.  If that is satisfactory,
older files will be 'cat'-ed into single files starting in the near future.
