MSDOS Utilities Require System 6!

The title says it all!

I deliberately wrote the MSDOS utilities to not use any System 6.0 specific
functions, making them available to a wider audience. What I _didn't_ do was
read the fine print in the ORCA/C 2.0 manual. Programs written in ORCA/C 2.0
_require_ System 6.0 to run at all!  :-(

Please ignore the comment in the documentation that the MSDOS utilities will
probably run under System 5.0.2 - they don't! System 6.0 (or System 6.01) is
required.

If enough people find this a problem, I will consider porting the code back
to ORCA/C 1.3, which will run under System 5.02.
