How do you go looking for files ?  Personally, I seldom say 'Hey, I wonder
if I can find a binscii file containing icons for my GS'.  I would rather
see an archive that is oriented towards a functional organization.

Of course, what would be very worthwhile would be to index things ala umich's
Mac archives - a paragraph which tells what the files are about.
