Hierarchic INIT

Am I the only person in the world that renders his system useless
everytime the Hierarchic menu INIT is installed? With it installed,
my system crashes constantly, particularly while switching
applications. This happens with every version of that INIT that I
install, including the one included with the programmer's information
recently posted on cba2.
