While we're discussing System 6.0.1 Bugs, has anyone else had problems with

Quickie GS Scanning Software version 3.0:

This worked fine for me under System 6.0, but since upgrading to 6.0.1, I
have had two problems:

* The program crashes (often, but not always) when it switches to 320 mode.

* The program crashes when closing a window.

I tried shift-booting (No INITS/DAs), and the problems still persist.  Is
anyone else having these problems?  Also, isn't there some kind of file that
shift-booting does not prevent from loading?
