I have to disagree.  It seems that the list of new features has shrunk a
bit since the first time I heard about this (when it was still called
Quadriga or something).  Most of the enhancements are things I don't need
or already have through TimeOut.  The only thing that attracted me was the
ability to have sorts as part of report formats in the DB.  I think I
might wait for 5.0 to come out before parting with my money.
