Program to unpack LBR files???

  I got something from brownvm.brown.edu a couple of days ago and unpacked
it with GSCII+.  Then it unpacked it into a .SHK file.  But when I went to
unpack it both Shrinkit and GS Shrinkit said it was an unknown archive.  So
I checked what kind of file it was and it said it was a LBR.  Is there a
program to unpack this and if there is could someone please upload it to
the binaries?  Thanks.
