The Bernoulli is a licensed Insite mechansim with some small changes which
Bernoulli felt was necessary to improve performance and/or reliability.  I
haven't heard if it's acutually any better then normal Insite mechansisms,
like the ones from PLI, Mass Microsystems... etc.

I also haven't not heard if anyone has actually hooked a Bernoulli to the //s
yet.  It would work with RamFAST or the Apple SCSI card ( rev. C or High-Speed
) since it's a SCSI device.

It's SuperDrive compatible because it can read/write 1.44mb disks, not 
because it uses the SmartPort interface ( hmm is it called the SmartPort
on the Mac? :); it's standard SCSI.
