There was also a program called "Three Easy Pieces", which was basically
AppleWorks for the Apple ///.  NAUG (the National AppleWorks User Group)
still supports it (since it is functionally equivalent to AppleWorks),
and they might know where you can get a copy of it.  Their address (from
the comp.sys.apple2 FAQ):
