T2 uses 3 heartbeat tasks for no obvious reason.  I had to create a nasty
little routine which seeks and destroys T2 in the HB queue in order to make
the amazing upcoming GS<>IRC Music Disk #2's animations synch correctly.
I tend to doubt this much VBL time is really necessary, but Jim's the expert.
