I agree. The Pegasus internal hard drive is a great product! It is very
simple to install and it is pre-formatted and partitioned. The lastest
version of the system software comes installed on it too, along with _TONS_
of shareware/freeware programs! What a bargain!

It's what the GS should have been! :-)

I bought the Pegasus 170i for $595. Not too bad considering that it comes
complete with hard drive, internal fan, _and_ a hefty power supply, too!
Since my GS has a Zip, RamFAST, CV-Ram (4Mb -- which can hold up to 8Mb),
and a SoundMeister Pro (when available), I can really use all of those extra
features.

Also, every Pegasus hard drive comes with Econ's very own file management
utility, called "Universe Master". It's a wonderful program which allows
you to format, partition, backup, restore (and much more) your hard drive.
It comes with easy to understand instructions and a tutorial! This program
alone is valued at $90 via mailorder.

As you can see, I really believe that the Pegasus hard drive is a fantastic
product! And having said so, I will now return you to your regularly
scheduled newsgroup...already in progress!
