We know that Apple produced a few thermal bound books back then but some of
them are reproductions -- copies that were sold by overseas/Canadian cloners
that were sometimes included with the cloned Apple II.
I have authentic copies in my collection, as well as several blatant copies
that have copyright Apple all over them -- yet, they didn't come from Apple.
Copyright enforcement was a little fuzzy back then, until Apple was able to get
Customs to start blocking these clones.
Got pics?
