Right. You just made me recall the discussions which I had read in this
group earlier. It doesn't *seem* like a knock-off to me, but then again, I
have nothing physical to compare it to.

Yes, indeed. I took a 300 DPI scan of both the front cover and the back
cover. I also took a snap shot of the inside front cover which has the Apple
credits and product number. I can get these pics posted tomorrow. They are
both ~25MB TIFF images, right off the scanner glass.

While I have read through this tutorial in its entirety, I don't like to
open it too much  nowadays due to the glue on the binding getting brittle--
I'm concerned about the cover or pages coming off/out. On a side note, I do
like Raskin's writing style. "Try it out, see what it does. Learn for
yourself."

On a final note, this manual is second-hand (obviously) from my grand
father. He may know more about its history. I shall ask him.
