On the good side, wait a little bit longer and get Universe Master v1.1.
It's supposed to have a defragmenter that's so good that your GS can withstand
a power failure and your data won't get scrambled.  This is in addition to all the usual stuff it used to do.  This info comes via my "Econ Delegate" info that I get.

UM 1.1 will be a free upgrade if you already own 1.0.2 too.
