I defragged about a month ago, but I'll use it again. What seems to happen to the drive is as though something is getting stuck while reading or writing to that particular section, and it's trying to get past that point, but can't. Does that make any sense at all? I'll try out the defrag thing and see if that cures it. Thanks for the help! Brian Peek peekb@gar.union.edu
